**Job Summary:**

Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under limited supervision.

We are looking for a talented **Service Parts Associate** to join our team in **(Sparks, NV).**

• Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams in sourcing and securing needed parts and supplies
• Handle parts counter duties including calls, walk-in customers, and order processing
• Process transactions including cash, credit, and invoicing with accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by addressing needs in a timely manner
• Source and identify parts using systems, catalogs, and collaboration with technicians
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse activities
