Salary: £35,000 + Bonuses

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible shift patterns available (afternoon/evening hours required up to 10pm)
• 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing job cards and raising invoices using Kerridge DMS and customer authorisation platforms
• Managing customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face
• Liaising with technicians regarding workshop progress and workload
• Managing daily service bookings and workshop loading
