Job Responsibilities
- :Manage daily restaurant floor operations and guest handlin
- gWelcome guests and ensure excellent customer servic
- eTake food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen/bar tea
- mSupervise stewards/waiters and assign dutie
- sEnsure timely service and maintain service quality standard
- sHandle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickl
- yMaintain cleanliness and proper table setup as per standard
- sSupport billing process and ensure accurate order punchin
- gEnsure restaurant SOPs and hygiene standards are followe
