About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Operations Specialist to join our Latin America team. This role is the vital link between our customer service engineers (CSEs), distributors (DTs), and headquarters, ensuring seamless coordination and tracking of all service cases, spare part (SP) logistics, and administrative workflows. You will be the operational backbone of our service team, driving efficiency and clear communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Case & Work Order Management:
Serve as the primary point for creating, reviewing, and tracking all service cases in the system.
Attend all DT service follow-up meetings to collect case updates and action items.
Proactively follow up with DT Service Coordinators and internal CSEs on case progress and required actions.
Create and manage Installation Work Orders (INS WOs), coordinating the entire process for spare part (SP) installation, including...
