Service Operation Director position (English/Thai)

Our client is the third-largest heavy equipment manufacturer in the world. This is the exclusive distributor of heavy machinery including excavators and earth-moving equipment in Thailand.

What are your tasks?

• Service Operations: Set up the after-sales system, manage annual budgets, and optimize regional SOPs.

• After-Sales Management: Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and tech support while reducing downtime.

• Parts & Maintenance: Manage spare parts inventory to control costs and drive repair revenue.

• CRM: Maintain relationships with key clients and resolve major customer complaints.

• Network Construction: Expand the nationwide service network and evaluate third-party service providers.

• Team Development: Structure the service team, set KPIs, and organize professional training.

• Risk & Analysis: Analyze operational data to implement cost-reduction programs and management reports.
