Your Role

As a Service Officer , you are to deepen the relationship with clients by providing excellent and world-class customer service, account management through cross-selling/lobby sales that would eventually translate to increase business volume. The incumbent is responsible on the efficient delivery of bank products and services through the effective management of branch operations, lobby management and ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.

• Cross-sell MPI products and services to clients.
• Provide account referrals and leads to Branch Head and SE.
• Address/handle customer queries including but not limited to features and benefits of MPI products and services
