About your role
As a Service Portfolio & Lifecycle Manager, you will manage and improve the organisation’s service portfolio within Service Now, ensuring compliance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). You will take responsibility for the accuracy, structure and governance of service records, supporting services throughout their lifecycle—from initial design and transition through to operation and retirement. Working closely with service owners, engineering teams and ITSM partners, you will help ensure services are clearly defined, well-maintained, and operationally ready. You will also contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality, automation, and reporting, enhancing how service information supports both operational teams and business stakeholders.
