About your role

As a Service Portfolio & Lifecycle Manager, you will manage and improve the organisation’s service portfolio within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). You will take responsibility for the accuracy, structure and governance of service records, supporting services throughout their lifecycle—from initial design and transition through to operation and retirement.
