Job Description
Recommend, develop and maintain the Service Now platform configuration & customized solutions for KION Group
Support and drive development in alignment with the Service Now architect and roadmap in line with the business strategy
Be a technical support person of the Service Now platform and point of contact for Service Now-related questions
Provide training on the Service Now platform to various stakeholders on new features, and increase awareness of Service Now in KION Group
Work cross‐functionally with other application developers to ensure streamlined data management and integration behaviors
Service Now Platform – including but not limited to ITSM and CSM
Integrations with data warehouses, SSO components, SAP, and other enterprise systems
Experience in design and implementation of Service Now solutions ranging from IT solutions to CSM (Customer Service Management)
