Job Description

Our Service Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the service operations of Welding, Field Sales Support, and Mechanical Services. This role plays a key part in managing day-to-day activities, developing long-term strategies, and implementing processes that ensure a positive experience for both internal and external customers. We are looking for a candidate who brings strong industry knowledge, leadership, and communication skills to drive the success of our team.
Location: On-site at our Timmins, ON branch
Salary Range: $125,000 - $130,000 per year, plus incentive plan
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

What You’ll Do
Oversee all service operations, including welding, mechanical services, field support, installation, maintenance, and repairs.

Manage Work Orders (WO) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
