Service Manager - Strongly Supported Aftercare Housing

Go Strong Avopalvelut Ltd is seeking a manager for a newly launched aftercare housing service for child protection in Helsinki. The service is intended for young people aged 18–22 who require intensive and comprehensive support for independence, housing, and daily life management.

The service is provided by a multidisciplinary team around the clock. The young people live in their own apartments, with access to shared spaces and communal activities. The goal of the work is to enhance the young person's well-being, functional capacity, success in housing, participation, and readiness for independent living.

Your tasks

• Initiating the service and establishing effective structures
• Recruiting, onboarding, and supervising multidisciplinary staff
