About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Power Generation Service Department. This senior leadership role is ideal for a technically strong professional with extensive experience in generator systems, electrical engineering, service operations, and team management. The successful candidate will oversee service delivery, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client support across critical power systems.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians. Oversee daily service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning operations. Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex electrical and control system faults. Manage workshop activities, quality control, and preventative maintenance programs.
