Service Manager - Peterbilt

Brandt is seeking a Service Manager for our Ayr Peterbilt location. The Service Manager will manage sales and delivery of after-market support services (component diagnostics, repair, and replacement) for truck and trailer business, overseeing the service department and daily activities of foremen, leadhands, service writers, and mechanics.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing service workflow
• Enforcing standards, policies, and reporting practices to established standards
• Developing and managing the Service Department budget to meet financial and operational goals
• Preparing quotes for customer work orders; opening & closing work orders
• Inspecting/operating customer equipment as part of resolving concerns/diagnostics
• Monitoring service revenue and expenses monthly
