Position: Service Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)

Role Overview

As Service Manager, you will provide overall leadership to the entire service team and take full responsibility for operational performance, customer satisfaction, safety, service excellence, employee engagement, and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs are in place at all locations to carry out production and service operations to the company's operating and safety standards.
• Work with the service team to ensure equipment is serviced and available in a timely manner.
• Provide daily supervision and support to technicians and shop leads.
• Work with and support our parts and service team to ensure parts/inventory is purchased, stocked and available to meet the needs of repairs.
