Service Manager – Auckland District Court

We are seeking a leader to fill a Service Manager vacancy in the Criminal jurisdiction at the Auckland District Court on a permanent, full‑time basis. This role reports to the Manager, Justice Services (Auckland Central), Criminal section.

The Service Manager’s primary focus is to coach and support employees to increase capability and build a culture of high performance. The role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to improve operational quality and consistency across their team and the wider Service Delivery Area.
