This role is ideal for someone who rose through the ranks as a technician and understands both the technical and operational aspects of refrigeration service. The owner currently fills this role and is seeking a trusted professional to take ownership of day-to-day service operations, allowing him to focus on other areas of the business. The company performs 100% service work, specializing primarily in commercial refrigeration (approximately 80%) with additional HVAC service (20%).
