Service Manager

The Pump Service Manager will be responsible for managing the erection, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of pump systems. The role includes overseeing service operations, ensuring optimal performance of pumping systems, maintaining technical documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and customers for smooth execution of service and project activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in assembly, installation, erection, commissioning, technical support, and service operations.
• Handling projects end-to-end, from installation to commissioning and final handover of equipment to customers.
• Managing customer complaints, project execution, planning, expediting services, and conducting trials.
