Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the delivery of services from the Tech Data Vietnam team towards the Customers that will consume these. These services primarily include AI, Data Analytics, and Cloud Integration. The role involves working with internal tech teams as well externally vendors whom we engage with to to deliver the defined scope of work. Key areas of responsibility include implementation, configuration and managed services.
This role will drive adoption of the Company's value proposition in the related business thereby impacting the assigned product's Revenue.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end service delivery for customers, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to deliver implementation, configuration, and managed services.
