Service & Maintenance Controller

About this Role

Are you a Service Controller, Service Coordinator or someone with contact centre or service centre experience looking for a new challenge within the EMC sector. As a Service Controller based in Brighouse, you will play a key role in coordinating workshop, mobile engineer and third-party repair activity to ensure maintenance and breakdown services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping to keep communication clear, accurate and timely across all service activity.

• Coordinate daily workshop, mobile and third-party repair activity across a busy EMC service operation
• Act as first point of contact for inbound and outbound service calls and customer updates
• Schedule, track and support maintenance, inspection and breakdown work based on operational needs
