Service Leader - Catering

As a Service Leader in our catering department you will be responsible for leading shifts to ensure the team is delivering the best service to our customers and ensuring brand standards are always in place. In this hands‑on customer‑facing role, you’ll be competent to manage a high‑volume environment with a positive, can‑do approach, you will be passionate about our offer, champion our home made products and you will ensure through your knowledgeable colleagues that our customers receive the unique and delightful experience that we are known for.
