Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair biomedical/electrical/electronic equipment at client sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical devices and engineering equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide user training and demonstrations to hospital/clinical staff.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the technical and product management teams for upgrades and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
