• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medical devices and engineering equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide user training and demonstrations to hospital/clinical staff.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the technical and product management teams for upgrades and technical support.
