Job Description

We are looking for a talented Mining Service Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our TBC Department in Accra, Ghana.
Cummins and our OEM partners are increasing mining equipment sales and customer operations throughout Africa. This position involves frequent collaboration with Cummins China operations and OEMs, therefore candidates must be fluent in written and spoken Chinese language. The position also involves frequent collaboration with PSBU employees around the globe, especially UK and US, therefore must also be fluent in written and spoken English.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Drive cross-functional collaboration by acting as the technical bridge between field service teams and internal engineering, quality, and manufacturing groups.

Lead root cause investigations and apply structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex product and system issues.
