Service Engineer – PAYS / Mumbai

CTC Range: ₹4–5 LPA

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Electronics/Electrical (OEM/Automation preferred)

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Generate AMC revenue.
• Attend AMC/CMC requests as per customer requirements.
• Ensure timely response to AMC & breakdown calls, maintaining 100% machine uptime.
• Collect and share competitor information regularly.
• Ensure all supplied equipment is covered under AMC.
• Maintain records of maintenance tasks performed on machines & equipment.
• Keep customer complaints register updated at regular intervals.
• Communicate with clients/customers to identify technical servicing needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with high service standards.
• Language proficiency required: Regional language & English.
