Service Engineer – PAYS / Mumbai
CTC Range: ₹4–5 LPA
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Diploma/B. E. in Electronics/Electrical (OEM/Automation preferred)
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Generate AMC revenue. Attend AMC/CMC requests as per customer requirements. Ensure timely response to AMC & breakdown calls, maintaining 100% machine uptime. Collect and share competitor information regularly. Ensure all supplied equipment is covered under AMC. Maintain records of maintenance tasks performed on machines & equipment. Keep customer complaints register updated at regular intervals. Communicate with clients/customers to identify technical servicing needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with high service standards. Language proficiency required: Regional language & English.Ready to Apply?
