Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Job Description

Our client is a Chemical manufacturer, and they are currently expanding and are looking for a Service Engineer to join their team!

【Responsibilities】
- Perform assigned service job (such as equipment service/troubleshooting, installation, de-installation, training, and buy-off).
- Receive & respond to customer verbal & written inquiries on technical matters.
- Coordinate with the internal Sales/Admin team on spare part/machine claims, purchase order matters, and any additional information required by the customer
- Establish the spare part pricing, provide a quotation for spare part/machine/modification/engineering charges.
- Create new processes, work on existing processes & revise them if necessary to make improvements.
- Develop strong customer relations at a technical level.
- Request the Demo machine for maintenance and machine performance, perform preventive maintenance, and manage the machine spare parts...
