Erection and Commissioning of Concrete pump, Boom placer & Shotcrete machine incl. training to the operator during handing over Capability to solve all kind of technical problems on Concrete pump, Boom placer & shotcrete machine by his own hands Communicating with customers about service, maintenance and trouble shooting. Weekly reports about service, spare parts necessities and general field problems Convert routine service call to Annual Service Contract and Annual Maintenance contract. Convert parts sales from spares and service to achieve regional sales target. Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment.
