Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and conducting maintenance and repairs of our products and solutions. The Service Engineer will also be required to communicate effectively with customers to provide timely and efficient assistance.
Qualifications
Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, and field service
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Technical support skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
