Service Engineer - Liquid Cooling & Infrastructure Specialist

1. Liquid-Cooling Integration & Technical Planning

• Participate actively in technical discussions, cross‑departmental alignment, and planning for advanced liquid‑cooling server clusters and high‑density rack infrastructure.
• Assist in reviewing deployment blueprints, piping/cabling layouts, and Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation for liquid‑cooled systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to evaluate technical risks, site readiness, and cooling efficiency profiles.

2. Front‑Line & On‑site Technical Support

• Perform routine inspections, hardware installation, configuration, testing, and hardware upgrades at client facilities (e.g., Data Centers or enterprise server rooms).
• Respond promptly to customer service requests, performing efficient on‑site fault diagnosis and primary hardware troubleshooting for both air‑cooled and liquid‑cooled environments.
