Service Engineer Laser

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of laser texturing and cutting machine
• Execution of retrofits, upgrades, and machine conversion
• Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities in close collaboration with Development and 2nd Level Support
• Professional handling, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation of service case
• Support in creating, reviewing, and improving technical documentation and process procedure
• Occasional assistance with trade fair setup and dismantling activitie
• Ensuring full compliance with Advanced Manufacturing safety standards, including particle emissions, laser radiation, contamination control, gas handling, and explosion preventio
