Service Engineer

. Complete various assigned field service tasks in a timely and independent manner. . Prepare, execute, and report on various service requests and projects. . Regularly visit customers as scheduled to provide preventive maintenance and inspections, and recommend spare parts and equipment upgrades. . Understand customer needs and promptly provide quotations for spare parts and upgrade solutions. . Perform equipment installation, commissioning, validation, calibration, repair, and relocation. . Maintain good relationships with customers to achieve customer satisfaction and customer service KPIs, promoting steady growth in after-sales service business. . Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing suggestions for all completed upgrade projects, submit pricing and approvals, and follow up on the next steps in the order process. .
