Service Engineer

• Responsibilities
• Be responsible for overall network infrastructure service business in assigned country, and ensure to provide high technical support quality for end users, channel partner and sales team.
• Deliver post-sale services to key stakeholders and coordinate and prioritize service provision within responsible country, considering business demand and customer satisfaction.
• Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.) with the covering countries and be responsible for the quality of services deliver in those countries, and ensure that the support process, policy, platform and product of the service is operational and competitive, compare with other network infrastructure vendor.
• Provide back line technical assistant and support to system integration(SI), distributor and T2 channel partner.
• Develop channel partner/system integration/distributor support skill by managing and conducting Post Sales ...
