Job Responsibilities :
· Install, service, maintenance, commission, troubleshoot, and retrofit of cooling systems.
· Troubleshoot systems to determine causes of operating errors and rectifying the problems.
· Dismantle malfunctioning systems and replace worn & defective sub assembly.
· Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming.
· Install expansion and control valves, compressor, condenser, and other refrigeration parts.
· Perform troubleshoot, repair and maintenance on malfunction cooling systems.
· Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
· Ensure safe keeping of hand tools, power tools and maintain good housekeeping.
· Prepare service reports after every completed job.
· Keep record & documentation of repairs.
