Job Description
The Service Engineer/Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and optimization of packaging and processing equipment. You will provide advanced technical support to customers, ensuring the operability and efficiency of KHS solutions in the process, packaging, plastics, and food and beverage industries.
Your Tasks:
Perform initial installation and configuration of packaging and processing equipment at customer sites.
Execute preventive maintenance plans and carry out corrective repairs as necessary.
Diagnose faults in equipment and systems, providing effective solutions and performing corresponding repairs.
Train customers on equipment use and maintenance, ensuring maximum performance and longevity.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including diagnostic reports, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Provide remote technical support to resolve minor issues without the need for travel.
