About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in service tea at our location in Bangkok, Thailand.
What you can look forward to as a Service Engineer:
Act as the primary contact for customer support and service requests

Perform service activities for ZF test systems, including tire testing

Implement system optimizations and manage software roll-outs in coordination with the project and service team

Commission test systems with a focus on control and automation technology

Analyze complex, interdisciplinary issues and define corrective actions

Carry out maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of testing systems

Provide troubleshooting support remotely or on-site at customer locations

Deliver onsite production support to ensure smooth operations
