Our client is looking for someone to hire on contract(12+ months with opportunity for extension or conversion)
Shift will be Monday - Thursday 11a - 10p, onsite in Oshkosh, WI office
Will train on a m-5 8-5 schedule.
This person is to sit in their Oshkosh, WI location. The majority of the Service Desk teams currently sit in either Oshkosh, WI or Evansville, IN.
Our client is looking to add a Service Desk Technician to their Help Desk team. This will be a 12 month contract with the high possibility of extension/consideration for conversion. They currently use a managed service partner for most of their Service Desk Operations, and are bringing this back in house.
This role will be first level phone support for all end user issues over phone, email, and chat. They use the ServiceNow ticketing system. There is also an increase in tickets that are currently aligned to the O365 migration. Other common issues are requests for access, Microsoft issues, break/fix,...
