   Responsibilities:  
  YOU will be involved in the following tasks 
 Answer calls and emails incoming to the Service Desk 
 Assist users with issues relating to PC's, Microsoft Office, applications, and network
 Provide basic administration of Access Management, End User Management, accounts, and passwords 
 Escalate incidents to the appropriate IT teams
 Follow the monthly shift schedule
 Continuous effort to meet high customer satisfaction 
 Own your career: work towards the goals, proactive development from internal and external sources 
 Ready to be shifted in on-call during weekends (2 days/month)
