We have an exciting opportunity in our Digital team for a Service Design Analyst who will be involved with proactive user experience research, creating deliverables, analyzing structures, problems and proposed solutions, using modern technology to transform services and enable the organization to become more efficient and effective.

We seek an innovative and creative individual who is bursting with innovation and creativity for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, problem definition, business analysis, idea generation, process mapping, prototyping, testing, and co-design of the 'to be' customer journey.
• Deliver service design work through the entire design process.
• Work effectively across organisational, technical, and political boundaries, presenting complex technical information simply to non-technical audiences.
