Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity in our Digital team for a Service Design Analyst who will be involved in proactive user experience research, creating deliverables, analysing structures and problems, and proposing solutions to transform services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, problem definition, business analysis, idea generation, process mapping, prototyping, testing, and co‑design the future customer journey.
• Deliver user research deliverables, analyse structures and problems, and propose solutions.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, identify and deploy the right resources to improve quality and timeliness of outcomes.
• Use tools and methods to enable services to transform working practices through creation and testing of user‑centred digital and non‑digital design.
