Responsibilities:
Supervise the day to day delivery of hard FM services across the contract ensuring compliance with MOD, JSP and site specific requirements
Oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of SFG20 compliant PPM activities, ensuring all tasks are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard
Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance activities, prioritising works in line with contractual response times and operational criticality
