We are currently recruiting a Service Delivery Officer to join our team on a fixed term contract until the end of December 2026. This role is located at the Grafton depot.
The Service Delivery Officer reports to the Branch Administration Coordinator and plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of administrative services across Essential Energy’s Network Services division.
The Service Delivery Officer provides operational and administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information, contractor claims, and stakeholder reporting. This role is key to enabling efficient business operations and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
