As a Service Delivery Manager in the Cyber Security Team, you will
Lead the delivery and maintenance of Threat Detection and Response (TDR) Managed services, for shared pool projects or dedicated large engagements, using advanced technical capabilitiesIn-depth understanding and experience of managed service & provides Governance support and accountability for the Operations, delivery and maintenance of tools and processes, driving compliance with, and contributing to, the development of relevant standards for overall practice. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen client’s relationships.
