Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a **Service Delivery Manager**
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- 3 years or more of experience as: Service Delivery Manager, Managed Services, ITIL v3/v4.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management.
- Proven experience in managing projects related to: Data Center, Contact Center, Security, Cloud Services, Infrastructure, IT, Field Services.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile Scrum).
- Proficient in Office, Excel, and Project.
- Knowledge of Cisco technologies.
- Experience using collaboration tools (WebEx, Teams, Google Meet).
- Personnel management experience.
- High ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven advanced English, capable of conducting business communications.
- Availability to travel and work on weekends.
