Job Introduction

We are now seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team at St Davids and St Georges Barracks, Bicester. In this pivotal role, you will take overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day management, coordination and delivery of catering and operational services across designated and affiliated sites, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, operational standards, service level agreements and KPIs.

You will be responsible for the delivery and commercial performance of both Junior Ranks Pay As You Dine (PAYD) catering facilities at Bicester , ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, customer service and operational excellence across both locations.
