Service Delivery Driver Class C

The Position

Applications are invited for a Service Delivery Driver - Class C to be based at our Remondis Ltd, site in Birtley. The position will involve working 38.4 hours per week (Monday to Thursday) & in line with the EU Drivers Hours rules and the Working Time Directive (WTD).

Please be aware that you will be required to be flexible in regard to start and finish times due to business requirements, with the shifts being based around afternoons, as required.

As a Service Delivery Driver – Class C, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company’s requirements but will include the following:

• The collection and tipping of ltr wheelie bins from clients’ premises, containing food and catering waste into an AD facility.


• Completion of all required documentation.


• Ensuring the vehicle is well maintained and clean, undertaking required vehicle checks.
