Your Role...
ReSource Pro is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to process moderately complex insurance tasks and be responsible for meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines. This position will be responsible for operating within the clients' systems and following established guidelines and procedures. This position will follow ReSource Pro's Information Security policies/guidelines.

This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.

In this role, you will be...

+ Communicating with the client via email using clear, polite, and well-organized English and reporting issues to the supervisor in a timely manner

+ Providing a high-level of client service to a variety of insurance clients

+ Reporting operation problems and proposing solutions

+ Optimizing established procedures and assisting with output...
