Job Description
Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering about menu.
Input orders into a point-of-sales (POS) system and accept payment using a credit card, cash or any method of payment as required.
Ensures to deal with customers and customer complaints in a diplomatic manner, and appropriately escalates such instances to the Restaurant Supervisor.
Promotes good branding image of the unit through always ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure the Restaurant is always kept clean. Check Restaurant furnishings for damages and promptly informs the Unit Manager of such damages to facilitate proper repair.
Check the cleanliness of service equipment.
Check tables and table set-up. Ensures fast turn around and cleaning of table when customers leave the unit.
Keep the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor of any issues related to service.
