WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Coordinate and schedule service calls based on customer needs. Monitor and prioritize service requests to ensure timely resolution.
Accurately enter and manage work tickets, following established procedures. Collaborate with dispatched resource and Service Manager for the purchasing of any materials and equipment needed to fulfill service / work order tickets.
