Service Coordinator

Description We are looking for a bilingual Service Coordinator to support customers from Sunrise, Florida, beginning with on-site training and transitioning to a remote work arrangement. This is a Long-term Contract position for a patient, tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual who can guide users through account access, website navigation, and general service questions. The ideal candidate is comfortable assisting a wide range of customers, including older adults who may need extra support and clear step-by-step instruction.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by phone with account access, website navigation, and general service-related questions in both English and Spanish.
• Walk users through login setup and online system use with clear, easy-to-follow guidance tailored to their comfort level with technology.
