Service Coordinator / Operations Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Service Scheduling & Dispatch: Receive service/breakdown requests from industrial clients and efficiently schedule and dispatch field service technicians to sites across Bhiwandi, Mahad, and nearby industrial hubs. 
• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients facing technical issues with their vacuum pumps or industrial machinery; provide regular updates on technician arrival and repair status. 
• Spares & Quotation Management: Prepare and send commercial quotations to clients for spare parts, accessories, and chargeable repair services. Follow up for formal purchase orders (POs). 
• Technician Coordination: Monitor the daily schedule, location, and service reports of field engineers to ensure they have the required documentation, tools, and replacement parts before visiting a client site.
